Return Window & Eligibility

• Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• All tags, hygiene stickers, and safety seals must be intact; boxes / packaging must be undamaged.
• Worn, altered, or washed items are not eligible unless a defect is verified.
• Final-sale / clearance, customized / embroidered items, undergarments, socks, and perishable accessories are not eligible unless defective.

How to Start a Return

1. Submit a request in your account within the return window.
2. Pack securely with all tags, original packaging, and documentation.
3. Use a tracked method and retain proof of postage.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are offered subject to availability. Please mention your preferred size when submitting the return request. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be processed.

Refunds & Processing

• Quality check: typically 3–5 business days after arrival.
• Refund to original payment method: typically 5–7 business days after approval (bank posting times may vary).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error; store credit available upon request.
