Protective Packaging

• Garments are folded neatly and packed in tamper-evident polybags or boxes.
• Footwear and accessories include protective wrapping and inner cushioning to prevent damage in transit.
• Premium or fragile items (e.g., jewelry, watches) are secured in padded boxes with additional outer cartons.

Shipping Policy

After processing, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. All products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

Tracking & Notifications

• Shipping confirmation email with tracking details sent after dispatch.
• Tracking typically activates within 12–24 hours after carrier scan.
• Optional SMS / email updates if subscribed.

Delivery Issues & Damage

• Keep packaging until items are confirmed correct and undamaged.
• If damage occurs, photograph the parcel and contents; contact the carrier within 48 hours and then contact us.
• Address errors, failed delivery attempts, or refusal may incur reship fees.
