Order Processing
- Processing time: 24–48 business hours after payment authorization.
- Peak events (festive sales, new collection launches, promotions) may extend processing; we will notify you of delays.
- Ensure address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Protective Packaging
- Garments are folded neatly and packed in tamper-evident polybags or boxes.
- Footwear and accessories include protective wrapping and inner cushioning to prevent damage in transit.
- Premium or fragile items (e.g., jewelry, watches) are secured in padded boxes with additional outer cartons.
Shipping Policy
After processing, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. All products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Tracking & Notifications
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking details sent after dispatch.
- Tracking typically activates within 12–24 hours after carrier scan.
- Optional SMS / email updates if subscribed.
Delivery Issues & Damage
- Keep packaging until items are confirmed correct and undamaged.
- If damage occurs, photograph the parcel and contents; contact the carrier within 48 hours and then contact us.
- Address errors, failed delivery attempts, or refusal may incur reship fees.
